Polaroid Socialmatic: Photo Camera With Android That Also Prints

The Polaroid name sound at all, both the young and the older of the place: who does not have a photograph taken with one of these cameras? For better or worse, the time spent, and Polaroid was involved in a very bad time for the company.

But Polaroid is not to become a mere memory, and so lately are moving towards re-occupy a significant gap between users either by the hand of the three tablets that we showed you a few days ago or the new camera that we present today.

Polaroid Socialmatic: Capture and print all in one

It has the name of Socialmatic and has a strange fusion concepts at least: board a retro design, instant photo printing and Android on a single device. It has a combined 14 megapixel camera with another 2MP front camera , a 4.5 inch touch screen on the back, 4GB of internal storage expandable via microSD, Android and integrated WiFi.

One of the most interesting features of the camera, apart from Android and WiFi to share quickly and direct our photographs online (cloud applications and social networks) or others nearby, is the ability to print in the act take photographs thanks to technology ZINK inkless printing  (which eliminates the need to be changing ink cartridges to print).

The company has announced at CES that the camera will be on store shelves this autumn 2014 , after completing all the legal procedures necessary to launch Socialmatic market. Anyway will watch any news but we can emerge around the camera in this CES 2014.
